Hyderabad, Trinet News, October 20: The regularization process of contract junior lecturers is coming to light one by one. This fake racket was also run in degree colleges during the BRS regime. According to reliable sources, out of the 270 contract lecturers who were regularized, more than 150 were unqualified teachers.
Rule of the fakes: GO 38 issued by the BRS government in 2023 also included the matter of degree college contract lecturers. Permission was given in this GO to make a total of 270 contract lecturers permanent. Permission was also given to make another 10 people permanent under the minimum time scale. Subsequently, permanent jobs were provided to 270 people through various special GOs. Meanwhile, 9 people were appointed under the minimum time scale. Fake lecturers pulled the strings here as well. They secured permanent jobs with invalid certificates and are teaching in degree colleges.
According to reliable sources, there are up to 150 fake lecturers in total. Student unions express the opinion that if the state government appoints a committee headed by a retired High Court judge to investigate this matter, the actual facts will come to light.
